2. Payment Timing
- Online Orders: Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order.
- Cash on Delivery: Payment must be made at the time of delivery.
- Dine-In: Payment must be completed before leaving the restaurant.

- In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.

5. Payment Failure

- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

7. No Refund Cases
- No refund once food preparation has started.
- No refund for incorrect orders placed by customers.
- No refund for delays caused by traffic, weather, or high-demand periods.
8. Fraud Prevention
- We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized transactions.

- If you notice any billing discrepancy, contact us within 24 hours of the transaction.
