1. Nature of Products

All items sold by The Lazeez are perishable food products; therefore:
❌ We do not accept returns once the order is delivered.

2. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before preparation begins.
  • Once the food preparation has started, cancellation is not allowed.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

βœ… Missing items in the order
βœ… Food is damaged, spoiled, or not fit for consumption
βœ… Order not delivered

4. Proof Requirement

  • Customers must report issues within 30 minutes of delivery
  • Clear photo/video proof is required for verification
  • Complaints without proof may not be eligible for refund

5. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be issued via:
    • Original payment method (UPI / online)
    • Or store credit (if preferred)

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

❌ Delay due to traffic, weather, or high order volume
❌ Change of mind after order is placed
❌ Incorrect address or contact details provided by customer
❌ Taste preference issues (subjective dissatisfaction)

7. Delivery Issues

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, order will be treated as completed
  • Re-delivery may be charged extra

8. Partial Refunds

  • In case of missing or incorrect items, only the item value will be refunded (not full order)

Under this policy: β€’ Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. β€’ THE LAZEEZ does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good. β€’ In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within Only same day days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within Only same day days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. β€’ In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the THE LAZEEZ, it’ll take 6-8 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
